Lunar Chaos is an endgame raiding guild in Wrath of the Lich King, focused on quickly clearing content while maintaining a friendly atmosphere and community. I say community because through our 4+ years of raiding experience since Pre-BC, we have developed multiple lasting friendships that have lead to real-life meet and greets. These include gatherings in Las Vegas, Blizzcon in Anaheim, etc. Several players who have been away from the game for some time still keep in touch over the forum, as well as through other messaging/blogging services such as Facebook and AIM.
With this in mind, we come together for the common purpose of serious endgame raiding. Being a social guild does not mean we sacrifice success. On the contrary, we've completed some of the latest content including Trial of the Grand Crusader, and now focus our efforts on Icecrown Citadel. Several of our guildies also possess the Undying and of the Nightfall titles from the previous tiers of raiding as well. We also have players active in 5-man content, and have multiple Red-Proto Drake owners from the Glory of the Hero achievement - even if they are scrub alts and don't have epic flying.
